Patrick Reyes, an officer of the ACCC, said the bicycle caravan will go through major barangays, McArthur Hiway and other thoroughfares in the city.
Reyes said water station will be provided to the participants.
Cyclists from neighboring areas like the City of San Fernando, Mabalacat town, and others were invited to join the fun ride, said Reyes.
"All are welcome to join, even you if you ride a BMX, recumbent, folding bike, mountain bike or a road bike. This is a controlled-pace ride to create awareness among the people to exercise their rights to suffrage and at the same time protect their votes," Reyes said.
The event, he said, is a volunteer ride with no registration fee and prices.
"Please wear your helmet for your safety. As usual bring your smile and a happy disposition. Spread the word,” he added.
