Digitel customer service now accessible via Sun Cellular-A A +A

DIGITAL Telecommunications Philippines Inc. (Digitel) subscribers can now access the Digitel customer service hotline using any Sun Cellular mobile phone or Suntel wireless landline service.
By dialing 200 straight from their mobile phones, Digitel subscribers can now have access to customer service information anytime, anywhere.
Digitel has also announced its new 24/7 customer care hotline number, which is 1-200 toll-free from any Digitel landline phone.
"We want our subscribers to have easy access to customer service. We want them to know that most of their concerns can be resolved at the hotline level, so they need not go to the Business Centers whenever they need assistance," says Reuben S.J. Pangan, Head for Customer Service of Digitel. Pangan adds that aside from tapping Sun Cellular to widen their customer service reach, they have also launched a further improved customer service webpage. "We are opening as many avenues as we can to make it easy for our subscribers to reach us."
Digitel is one of the biggest telecommunications providers in Luzon. Aside from wireline services, Digitel also offers DSL services and wireless landline services in its area of operations.
