During Saturday’s launching of Grandview Tower’s model units, Philippine Land Group (PLG) president and CEO Maurice Van M. said that it’s all systems go for the completion of the much awaited project.

"We are so excited about Pampanga, particularly Angeles City and Mabalacat because we believe that real growth will happen here in the next few years. Throughout Asia this will be the growth area. We are very proud of that and we want to contribute to this development. This is the hub of Asia," Van M. said.

"Our aim is to provide a vibrant condo-hotel which is not only authentic and diverse but will instill a sense of pride and sophistication to unit owners, a feeling of passion and elegance every time you come home to Grandview,” Van M. added.

He said that PLG also aim to show more Filipino furniture in their housing projects in order to give owners a sneak preview of local furniture so they can experience a piece of Pampanga.

Van M. lauded Architects Andy Gulapa and Owen Macalino for conceptualizing the project from the very beginning and for working 48 hours for the past two days to ensure the completion of the model units.

August 8, 2007 saw the ground breaking of the Grandview Tower Condotel project in this city which commenced construction in June 2008. It is now nearing completion.

PLG was conceptualized and organized July 1, 2006. Their first project in Pampanga was a joint venture with another developer to complete the Grandview Heights 1 Subdivision composing of 123 housing units. On February 23, 2007 PLG initiated the development of Grandview Heights 2 Subdivision with 211 housing units as well as a commercial area.

PLG is now working hard to commence construction on their third subdivision located in Camachilles, Mabalacat, having 574 housing units plus a large commercial area.
