KAPAMPANGAN valued shoppers of SM Appliance Center at SM City Pampanga are in for a treat as the trusted specialty retailer of valuable home merchandise and appliances formally opens its newly-designed store on July 26.
Introducing a refreshed look and exclusive first available items at promotional rates, the 2,300 square-meter store will surely wow customers as it debuts a modern yet homey ambiance of wood and greens.
According to SM Appliance Center Senior Marketing Manager Maya Ocampo, the new look highlights the special relationship between Kapampangan shoppers and the store.
“This is because Kapampangans are special us, and we are looking for more and exciting ways to serve our kabalens. Since we opened in 2000, this store has become part of the lives of many Kapampangans, as it brings gracious living, as well as comfort, convenience, and great family entertainment to many homes,” she said.
Ocampo noted that the new look is a departure from the usual industrial feel associated with many appliance stores.
“Here in SM Appliance Center Pampanga, we use warm timber slatted finishes in its slopping ceiling at the entrance to create a warm and inviting feeling, making shopping easier and more fun for our customers,” she said.
She added that the slatted timber ceiling and suspended pendant lights work to guide shoppers into the main display areas. The point of sale counters, on the other hand, provides a warm and natural environment with integrated greenery to further emphasize the familiarity of the home.
Moreover, the executive shared that the store will also introduce a new feature which can only be found in Pampanga.
“Pampanga is dubbed as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines and Kapampangans are known to be foodies. It's the same reason why the new look of the store features lifestyle kitchen counter set-ups with refrigerators, ovens, cooking ranges and chimney and range hoods – giving shoppers ideas on how these will look in their homes, and how they can build their dream kitchens,” she explained.
