Writers start working on CSF’s history
Thursday, May 23, 2013 - 11:39 p.m.CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Some 100 Fernandino writers gathered on Thursday at the Ninoy Aquino Amphitheater of Heroes for the “Seminar on Writing Local History” which signaled the start of documenting the history of San Fernando.
The writers were composed of students from the City College, local historians, barangay volunteers, and members of the Multi-Sectoral Governance Council (MSGC).
Cops nab man wanted for rape, homicide

Senior Superintendent Oscar Albayalde, Officer-In-Charge of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office, identified the suspect as Nikael Lagman, who has been charged with rape with homicide.

Worker killed in bunker tank blast

In a report, Superintendent Homer Penecilla, chief of police of Apalit, identified the fatality as Ernesto Alvares, 60, of Subic, Zambales.

Wednesday, May 22, 2013 - 10:15 p.m.CAMP OLIVAS - Operatives of the Anti-Cybercrime Group arrested 78 persons, including Malaysians and Chinese nationals, during a raid at 17 villas of the Fontana Resort inside Clark Freeport, reports said.
In a text message to this reporter, Senior Superintendent Elmo Sorona, head of the Anti-Cybercrime Group, said that during the raid, his men arrested 45 Chinese nationals, 21 Malaysians, and 12 Filipinos.

Capitol braces for rainy months

Man drowns in Bataan beach
