THE SM City Clark will host a series of medical and dental missions Thursday until Friday at the Event Center and the Felicidad Sy Wellness Center in Angeles City for the benefit of indigents and senior citizens.

“The two events are part of the regular corporate social responsibility programs of the mall through the SM Foundation and Felicidad Sy Wellness Center. This is SM’s way of giving something back to its immediate community,” Manalang said.
Manalang also said the beneficiaries will be able to avail of medicines from the SM Foundation’s assistance program.
Beneficiaries in the event can avail of medical and dental services -- medical check-up and treatment, dental check-up and treatment, blood pressure check-up, bloodtyping, blood sugar testing and monitoring, height and weight check-up.
The SM Foundation’s Mobile Clinic will also provide free diagnostic and laboratory services such as X-ray, Electro Cardiograph, Urinalysis, Fecalysis, Complete Blood Count and dental extractions.
SM Foundation provides ancillary services to communities that have limited or no access to such services, to give literacy programs to enable communities and individuals to prevent and manage diseases and illnesses after the medical mission, and to provide an avenue to encourage health advocacy, multi-sectoral coordination and community participation.
“The two events are just the start of more medical missions scheduled for this year in various SM malls in the region,” Manalang said. (Ian Ocampo Flora)
