Villages get P9-M worth multi-cabs

ANGELES CITY -- It was literally a red-letter day Tuesday as 30 barangays received their Valentine's Day gift from Representative Carmelo Lazatin (1st District, Pampanga) in the form of multi-cabs worth P9 million.
Lazatin distributed the 30 multi-cabs to different barangays in Angeles City, Mabalacat and Magalang Tuesday. The multi-cabs are worth P280,000 each.

"The service vehicles would be a big help to our barangays in delivering service to the public," Lazatin said.
"The service vehicles will also provide easy transportation for the residents in times of emergency," he added.
The barangays that received the multi-cabs were (Angeles City) Lourdes Northwest, Sapalibutad, Sta. Teresita, Anusas, Agapito del Rosario, Lourdes Sur East, Margot, Sto. Cristo, Pandan, Ninoy Aquino and Malabanias; (Mabalacat) Marcos Village, Bical, Macapagal Village, Cacutud, Poblacion, Bundagul, Paraluyan and Sapang Biabas; (Magalang) Sta. Maria, Ayala, San Pedro 2, San Nicolas 2, Sto. Nino, San Antonio, San Francisco, San Pedro 1, Camias, Sta. Cruz and La Paz.
At least 27 more multi-cabs will be distributed by Lazatin for the third batch of recipients soon.
