Cyber City expands operations in Clark

CLARK FREEPORT — One of the biggest and pioneering business process outsourcing firms in Clark is expanding its operations.

This following the continuing economic improvement in the US and the growing business climate in Clark as leading BPO sites in the country today.

With its expansion, Cyber City Teleservices, Inc. announced the need of about 900 BPO agents to boost the firms’ operations.


CCTI is offering P18,000 salary for those who will qualify to become a call center agent, additional P4,000 for other company incentive, and
P10,000 for those who will sign a regular contract with the BPO firm.

At present, Cyber City has more than 1,500 workers. Applicants who are 18 and above with college degree, but not preferred, can apply for various call center positions in Cyber City.

CCTI is a holding company focused on a portfolio of BPO and contact center investments around the globe, with its majority investor being funds advised by Headland Capital Partners.

Headland’s team began advising Asian private equity funds in 1989 and operated its business as HSBC Private Equity (Asia) Limited (HPEA) until 2010.

CCTI, founded in 1999, offer a wide range of call center outsourcing solutions branches in Pampanga and Davao.

In 2010, Cyber City Teleservices Group merged with Interactive Response Technologies, Inc. Founded in 1993 as a software company for the Call Center Industry Interactive Response Technologies, Inc.

Today, IRT operates 5 state-of-the-art contact centers in Florida, Texas and Oklahoma.
