Police rule out foul play on Korean’s death

CLARK FREEPORT -- Police investigators have ruled out a foul play angle on the death of a Korean , who fell from the fifth floor of Hotel Vida inside the Freeport at dawn on Friday.
Nicanor S. Targa, of the Public Safety Department of the Clark Development Corporation, said Kin Song Lee committed a suicide by jumping from the upper level of the hotel.
It was learned that the woman, who visited a friend named Park Kyeong Man at the hotel with another Korean guy, have had several suicide attempts.
Targa said the hotel staff went to his office and reported the incident.
The victim was rushed to the Angeles University Foundation Medical Center by Philippine Air Force personnel but was pronounced dead in the hospital.
A few minutes after the woman was reportedly missing, security guards found her body at the back portion of the hotel.
Targa said they have turned over the case to the Police Station 4 in Angeles City for follow-up investigations.
