Another old model truck stolen in Minalin

CAMP OLIVAS -- Another old model vehicle was stolen in Barangay Sta. Maria, Minalin this province recently.
In a report, victim Albert Layson, 46, of said barangay reported to police that his Isuzu Elf Mini dump truck was believed to have been carnapped while parked in front of their house.
The victim told police that he found his truck missing the next day that he parked his vehicle in front of their residence.
The report said the victim usually parks his vehicle in front of their house with its doors properly locked.
The Minalin police, upon receiving the report, dispatched a team to locate the victim’s vehicle but failed to find it.
Records show that carnapping of old model vehicles is rampant in Pampanga. (Ric Sapnu)
