Guv leads groundbreaking of Candaba birthing station

CANDABA -- Governor Lilia Pineda led the groundbreaking ceremony of the P4.9-million birthing station inside the municipal hall extension located in Barangay Bahay Pare this town on Tuesday.
Engineers working on the site told Sun.Star Pampanga that the new health facility will be constructed in a 250-square meter lot and is projected to be completed within three months as stated in the contract.

Among the barangays that could benefit from the hospital are Paligui, Bahay Pare, Dulong Ilog, Pulung Gubat, Barit, Tinajero, Mangga, Dalayap, Visal Sto. Nino, Visal Sto. Cristo, Visal San Pablo, Pulong Plazan and Pangclara.
Joining the governor during the groundbreaking were Mayor Jerry Pelayo and son Patrick Gerard, Board Members Nestor Tolentino, Fritzie David-Dizon and Ricardo Yabut.
