The owner of the store identified as Vincent Uy, 24, a Chinese national, discovered the following morning that the glass cabinet of his store was opened.
Uy, police said, discovered that his assorted cellular phones, tablet, digital cameras, MP3s and several other electronic gadgets amounting to P161,000 were missing.

Pick-up carnapped
CAMP OLIVAS -- An unidentified man managed to drive away with a pick-up parked in front of a store along Lazatin Boulevard in Barangay Dolores, City of San Fernando on Friday.
In a belated report, Superintendent Ricardo David, City of San Fernando police chief, identified the owner of the stolen black Ford pick-up (RHY-740) as Reynaldo Serrano, 47, of Barangay San Jose Apunan, Lubao town.
David said that Serrano parked in front of the Precious Store along Lazatin Boulevard to buy something. David left the vehicle's engine running.
