CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Officials of the City government of San Fernando recently signed the resolution adopting the Executive-Legislative Agenda which will facilitate the enactment and implementation of priority and high-impact ordinances and resolutions for the next three years.
Mayor Edwin Santiago and Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, who head the executive and legislative branches respectively, led councilors and department heads during the Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council Conference or Ledacc held in Tagaytay City.
“Both branches have mutually agreed to facilitate the enactment and implementation of priority and high-impact ordinances and resolutions for the next three years during the conference,” Santiago said.
He told Sun.Star Pampanga on Friday that priority areas in health, education, economic and social projects, plus environmental and solid waste management programs have been lined up for implementation starting this month.
“We also created the Oversight Committee which will monitor all these in the development agenda. We are very optimistic that they will all be implemented much that the executive-legislative relationship is very harmonious. Of course, the very top agenda is the welfare of Fernandinos,” he said.
