P2-M reward offered for massacre suspects-A A +A

CAMP OLIVAS -- A P2 million reward is being offered to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of the suspects who massacred six people at L&S Subdivision, Barangay Telabastagan, City of San Fernando last September 20.
In a telephone interview Wednesday, Senior Superintendent Oscar Albayalde, Pampanga police director, said Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) Edejer and relatives of the Edejers have talked recently about the cash reward.
Albayalde said the reward will be given by relatives and friends of the Edejers for the arrest of the suspects.
He said SITG Edejer led by Superintendent Ricardo Pangan has been in continuous follow-up operations to be able to identify the suspects.
On September 20, unidentified armed men entered the house of the Edejers located at Molave Street, L&S Subdivision. Once inside, the suspect shot the occupants of the house using a .45 caliber pistol.
The victims, identified as Nicolas Edejer, 42; Corazon Salas-Edejer, 47; Kenneth Nolan Edejer, 19; Nelson Dominico, 17; a certain Kakay, 27; Teresita Lansangan-Camiling, 40; and Benigno "Bong" Villanueva Ingar Jr., 52, were all shot in the head, police said.
Albayalde, meanwhile, said they are still investigating the motive of the suspects. (Ric Sapnu)
