CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Parts of Pampanga will experience up to nine hours of power interruption on Saturday, April 26.

"Customers of PELCO I will have outage from 7 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.," National Grid Corporation of the Philippines Central Luzon Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Officer Ernest Lorenz Vidal said.

Affected areas are the towns of Arayat, Candaba, San Luis, Sta. Ana and certain areas in Mexico.

"The reason of the brownout is to accommodate request of PELCO I in facilitating relocation and replacement of 69kV wood poles. Normal operations will immediately resume after work completion," Vidal added.
