San Fernando drug deal foiled-A A +A

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- A drug deal was foiled when three alleged drug pushers were arrested by operatives of Pampanga Anti-Illegal Drug Operations Task Group (PAIDSOTG) along Jose Abad Santos Avenue (JASA)in Barangay Dolores, City of San Fernando, over the weekend.
Superintendent Edilberto Pitallano, city chief of police, identified the suspects as Ruben Abaca, Jamaloding Abdullah and Haniffa Abdullah, all with unknown addresses.
Pitallano said that Abaca was the first to be arrested during a buy-bust operation at Barangay San Jose, City of San Fernando.
Confiscated from him was a small sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and P500 as marked money.
Also recovered from his possession were four pieces of medium sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and a big sized heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet also containing suspected shabu.
During a follow-up operation Jamaloding Abdullah and Haniffa Abdullah were also arrested by PAIDSOTG after selling illegal drugs to a poseur-buyer along JASA, morning of the same day.
Confiscated from them were two pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and one piece P500 as marked money.
The suspects were immediately brought to the office of PAIDSOTG here in Pampanga for documentation and filing of appropriate charges.
The recovered pieces of evidence were brought to Regional Crime Laboratory Office 3, here.
Pitallano said that complaints for illegal possession of prohibited drugs were filed against the suspects. (Ric Sapnu)
