CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- The Philippine National Police (PNP) expressed gratitude to the Provincial Government here for the construction of the Regional Crime Laboratory Office, which was inaugurated at Camp Olivas on Friday.
The new crime laboratory was built to provide efficient scientific investigation and speedy medico legal services.
"The building was constructed to speed up the investigation and management of evidence in the most effective way," Governor Lilia Pineda said.
Regional Police Director Chief Superintendent Raul Petrasanta said that the newly constructed two-storey building would not be possible without the steadfast support and generosity of Capitol.
"The inauguration and blessing of the two-storey building is a manifestation that the PNP and the local government are partners in the quest for attaining a more effective and highly credible police organization," he said.
The construction of the crime laboratory building costs some P2,062,639.69. (Maribel Singca/Pampanga PIO)
