According to Morales, the northern portion of Mabalacat is being "pumprimed" as "Makati of the North."
"I'm inviting our Kabalens in Metro Manila na naapektuhan nitong nakaraang pagbaha na dito na lamang sa Mabalacat manirahan dahil hindi po tayo binabaha, mataas ang lugar natin," he said.
"Kung nagtatrabaho po kayo sa Manila it will take you only 45 minutes using NLEx," he added.
This town is home to several low-cost housing subdivisions like Xevera Mabalacat, Metro Clark Homes, Saint Remy's and others.
"For families who can afford, we have the Executive Villas, Brentwood, Buena Vista, Arrowville, Robinson Homes, Claremont, Harencia de Julieta and many more," Morales said, citing the proximity of Mabalacat to Clark and Subic Freeport and the presence of Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) and the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA).
"We have the number of interchanges that will link north to south," Morales said.
He said Mabalacat is a "peaceful town and investor friendly."
Morales issued these statements during the opening of Fiesta Communities in Barangay Tabun another housing project of Hausland Development.
Vice President Noli de Castro and comedian Jimmy Santos attended the opening of the housing project.
Morales acknowledged De Castro's efforts to provide decent and affordable housing to the Filipinos.
"Basta’t may puso ka sa mga mahihirap tiyak wala kang talo sa eleksyon at kaya si Mayor Boking siguradong panalo na naman yan sa nalalapit na halalan dahil kitang kita ko ang pagmamahal niya sa ating mga mahihirap na kababayan," De Castro said during the activity.
