LUMPED under this unit are the transport sector, the youth and women sector, senior citizens plus other aggrupations not categorically labeled on their own like fraternities.

Most often, this alliance includes the marginalized sector which shows its force and voting strength during the elections.

Mabalacat's multi-sectoral alliance is actively participating in the city government's Barangay Day program, aside from their own activities, which consist of medical and dental mission, ECG screening, eye check up with free reading glasses, Peso-sponsored jobs fairs, anti-rabies vaccination, free haircut and feeding program.

Mabalacat City's senior citizens (registered) total 14,221 as of
latest count and more are joining the group as days wear on.

If Mabalacat City aims to become Makati, North of Manila, the benefits, perks and privileges of that prime city should at least be evident in this new city. Mayor Boking Morales should cater more to senior citizens' benefits. Per Office of Senior Citizens Affairs, a social pensions program of giving P1,500 quarterly to citizens 77 and above, burial assistance of P1,000 20% discount on medicines and 5% discount on groceries.

The staff of OSCA is headed by Rizalino Tuazon and assisted by Rowena dela Cruz, Teresita Galang, Emelina Yumul, Arlene Paniza, Jen de Guzman and Allan de la Cruz. The PWDs are assisted by Michael Miranda, PDAO head and assisted by Ma. Lenie Rabino, Remedios Laxa, and Judith Siopongco.
