Why do I glow with elan vital or vital energy today?-A A +A

THE reason is because I now stride across the pathway of healing colors.
Zooming in the world of colors, may I share with you these insights.
Moments filled with colors generate my life’s motivation. Rising up every golden "Aslagan" (sunrise), flying colors stir my imagination to live each day fully.
Bursting forth with vibrancy, colors uplift my heart, touch my deepest emotions and inspire creativity to fire up my imagination.
Dazzling blue, scintillating gold, charming red, enticing lilac. Yeah! The list is endless. Captivating us since the dawn of creation until the present 21st century, they enliven our spirits.
Take my case for instance, as a writer and artist; I look up at the sky for inspiration. Imprinting me with sunlit power, the blue arc of heaven is my guiding color. Surging vibes of renewal flow through my spine when I see the azure expanse while strolling.
Walking everyday for thirty minutes is a sure-fire formula in dashing my sluggishness and boosting my energies. Infusing me with go-go juice as I stride along the forest-green Mother Nature. Along the way, I see red-and-green poinsettias, amazingly, they perk up my Christmas imagination.
Warm colors like red, yellow, orange beef up our vitality, vim and vigor. Taking a cue from their vivacity, my late mom wore a red garnet ring to welcome Lady Luck.
Conversely, cool colors like blue, green, lavender chill out stressors and tensions. Lowering our pulse rate and body temperature, they enable us to stay in the pink of health. For example, my best friend Cora entwines a peridot green bracelet on her wrist to sustain a calm disposition.
Yes, go ahead and select your ‘esta favorita’ (favorite) color to enhance your wellbeing. Spread red, blue and yellow razzmatazz to embolden your lifestyle.
Today, celebrating Palm Sunday, let us now focus on the colorful world of compassion.
Compassion is exuded by men and women whose services echo with benevolence through the four corners of the globe.
Reflected in the life story of our loving Jesus Christ, we recall the event in Jerusalem 2,014 years ago. What a sacred sacrifice by Our Lord!
We also remember beloved Mother Teresa who personified ideals of altruism and goodness.
Let us hear the thoughts of Mother Teresa. These are her words:
"Stay where you are. Find your own Calcutta. Find the sick, the suffering, and the lonely right there where you are — in your own homes and in your own families, in your workplaces and in your schools. You can find Calcutta all over the world, if you have the eyes to see. Everywhere, wherever you go, you find people who are unwanted, unloved, uncared for, just rejected by society — completely forgotten, completely left alone."
Thank you Mother Teresa!
Today, as we wave the palms of ‘Alleluia’, may you and I be blessed with healing and bountiful love. May the golden light of compassion run through our veins and fill our hands of service.
To all our dear readers, for all times, radiate with healing, heaping compassion and honorable love for your family and our beloved sisters and brothers.
