Despite his full schedule as an insurance agent, Mallari finds time to do volunteer work and get involved in socio-civic activities. He is a volunteer of the Philippine National Red Cross and a national volunteer of World Medical Relief Inc. based in Detroit, Michigan. His advocacies include environmental protection and food security drives.
Mallari is an active member and previously board secretary of the Advocacy for the Development of Central Luzon, a non-profit organization that promotes infrastructure, environment, economic and human resource development, and good governance in the region.
Mallari is also an active member of the Leonard Wood Lodge No. 105 of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines.
He is also a Rotarian. He started as a member of the Rotary Club of San Fernando, Pampanga and later, the Rotary Club of Eastern Pampanga of which he is the charter president. He is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and is currently serving, for the second time, as assistant district governor of the Rotary District 3790 Cluster 4A.
On top of all these, Mallari also devotes time for Church activities as president of the Sandiwanihang Pilipino at Kristiyano Catholic Retreat Group, a group that provides spiritual guidance and counseling to family leaders.
Mallari is a native of Santa Ana, Pampanga and now resides in the City of San Fernando with his wife Janet Josefina Punsalang and their three children.
“At the age of 59, it’s such a joy to remember the times I had spent with the underprivileged, the moments that, I hope, I was able to help make a difference in their lives and the opportunities wherein I was able to share what I know and what I have,” said Mallari.
He continued, “I am thankful and humbled by the recognition and I take this as an inspiration to continue what I have been doing and hopefully do more and be better. I pray that this will also motivate other people to be of service to others because at the end of the day, the most fulfilling accomplishment is to have lived a life that was greatly shared with other people.”
Mallari is among Philam Life’s multi-awarded agents. He has been a President’s Circle awardee, a consistent National awardee since 1980, and among the Top 25 Chairman’s Board awardees. He is also a Hall of Famer since 1989 of the Founder’s Circle Award. On top of this, he has been a consistent member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for 20 years.
The MDRT is a premier association of the world’s top life insurance financial professionals.
Mallari holds the distinction of being the first provincial agent in the Philippines to become a member of this prestigious association which counts as its members only six percent of the world’s population of life insurance practitioners.
Mallari is an example of a man who is successful in his career and still continues to find ways to help and serve his community. (Press Release)
