Mabalacat City Mayor Cris Garbo and runningmate Geld Aquino presented Monday, March 25, the certificate of recognition to Barangay DapDap Chairman Javie Taruc, president of DapDap Traning Center, Kagawad Armando Rivera, Aidee Galang Henson, DTC Administrator and Barangay Treasurer Erlita Caenz.
