  1. On Attracting more people to the site: A page about the famous and notorious people of Argao would be an interesting addition to the site.
We have scientists, legal luminaries, great programmers and innovators. A slice of who and what they are would be interesting - the people interest factor for the site.

  3. Good day! How about featuring the Riverstone Castle here in this site…? (sorry, I’m not not a professional photographer but I do have some photos taken about 2years ago. I would love to share them!)

  4. CONGRATULATIONS! My husband, Henry and I are very happy and proud to see the progressive vision for the Argawanons being implemented in Argao. Your use of cutting-edge technology and modern innovation in city governance is a model that should be applied in all of the Philippines. Again, an individual with the proper vision and determination is necessary for such programs to be successful. Kudos to our first cousin, ‘DA MAYOR.’

  8. My dad has always been proud of his hometown, Tulic Argao. He still is. I remember the times when I visited Argao during my chidhood days … playing by the beach & going to the “mercado” for halo-halo or just hanging out with my cousins. I still remember the old house my great grandmother had. It was facing the beach & had a “hablonan” under the house. She would use a “budyong” shell to summon us when she needed us. I love Argao & I definitely love the torta. So now that I have kids of my own, I make every effort to tell them about Argao. I have finally had the chance to show them the place during our last visit to the Philippines last 2006. We hope to be back soon!
Congratulations to the Mayor & his staff for keeping our beloved Argao a place to be proud of!

  12. I’m very proud & happy that tourism & free internet connection are
are being implemented in Argao. When me & my family came back
to the Philippines for a visit in 2006, we went to Argao to visit
my relatives. We had a good time over there & they served us the
famous torta which I haven’t eaten for years. I’m looking forward
to go to Argao again on my next visit to the Philippines.
Congratulations to my first cousin Mayor Edsel & his staff
for a great job promoting Argao.

  13. Kinning si Rudy Kintanar, architect ba siya? Aduna akoy amigo nga Rudy Kintanar sa 1970s. Kon siya kadto, he should be about 70 years old now. Salamat

  14. Hi All,

I’m more than happy knowing and seeing Argao started its forward march. Mayor Edsel is just an instrument to this. He can not stay forever to finish it all, although he is the ice breaker. The greatest challenge is aimed to us all, Argawanons, who for years have fallen asleep and just let those people in authority(of the town) took care of all the actions… and the result is lousy growth of the town. It’s time to take part and give what we have to offer in whatever field of experties we have.

But the most important of it all is to guard against those corrupt individuals from sucking the precious blood of the town. Magpakabana tang tanan, di na nato usbon ang nangagi, KAYA NATO NI…MAGTINABANGAY TA BATOK SA MGA TRADITIONAL POLITICIANS.

You can count on me…I’m counting on you too. Mayor Edsel, I salute you!!!

Happy Fiesta to all…Torta, Tablea ug uban pa…ayaw apila ang shabu ug marijuana.

May God Bless Argao and its people.

    Django.xxx
