4:40 p.m. -- President Arroyo finishes her State of the Nation Address.
4:03 p.m. -- President Arroyo begins her State of the Nation Address.
4:01 p.m. -- The nation's prayer is led by leaders of different religious groups.
3:58 p.m. -- The Philippine National anthem is sung.
3:55 p.m. -- President Arroyo makes her way from the holding room to the main Session Hall of the Batasang Pambansa.
3:35 p.m. -- Vice President Noli de Castro arrives at the Batasang Pambansa for State of the Nation Address
3:27 p.m. -- President Arroyo arrives at the Batasang Pambansa and is welcomed by House Speaker Jose de Venecia and AFP Chief Narciso Abaya.
3:22 p.m. -- The Presidential convoy makes its way to the Batasang Pambansa through Commonwealth Ave.
