WESTERN Visayas secondary represented by Domingo Lacson National High School bagged its 16th title yesterday after defeating defending champion National Capital Region (NCR), 3-2 during the Secondary Girls’ Softball finals in the 2011 Palarong Pambansa played at the Galas Open Field in Dapitan City.

The Tony Oquindo-coached batters avenged their last year’s 4-3 loss, also in the finals against NCR.
