CEBU’s Zethley Mae Alferez pulled off a huge upset, defeating topseed Janelle Carmella Llabore, 6-2, 6-2, to secure the Girls 14-Under title of the 2013 Smart Head Junior Satellite Tennis Tournament at Center Court Tennis Club in Bacolod City.

This is Alferez’s second win after dominating the 6th leg in Dumaguete last week.
