Man lobs pillbox at water distict office
By Roberto L. Bacasong

UNIDENTIFIED suspects threw a pillbox in front of the Bacolod Water District building Tuesday morning at San Juan-Galo streets, Bacolod City.

Security Guard Arnold Pille, 32, of Villamapi Security Agency, said the suspects were on board a Cimaron-type vehicle plying the Homesite-Central Market route.

Pille said the improvised explosive damaged Baciwa's gate.

Case investigator Police Officer 3 Joshua Villasis of Police Station 1, on the other hand, said the suspects might be dismissed employees of the water firm.

Commotion

In another report, SPO1 Vicente Canuday reported that a pillbox exploded Tuesday dawn fronting Plaza Mart Mall in Araneta Street.

Security Guard Elizer Ejerto told police investigators that before the explosion there was a commotion which took place among alleged members of gangs.

No person was reported injured.
