Roco unfazed by FPJ candidacy
By Avelyn Z. Agudon and Christine Mae A. Pelayo

PRESIDENTIAL aspirant Raul Roco is unfazed on reports that movie-actor Fernando Poe Jr. might run for president in the 2004 elections.

"By all means the water is fine, please jump in," Roco said referring to FPJ.
Roco said FPJ could be the second Erap.

"There should be a program because it will be the second time that an actor runs for president, but let the people decide," he said.

He said his purpose of visiting the city was part of his political campaign.

He further said that Negros Occidental is among the first province he visited as he had also been in the cities of Iloilo, Laguna and Davao last week.

"There are many people who are helping and supporting us here (Negros Occidental) especially the students because they are one of the biggest sectors that we are giving priority," said Roco.
