New Caltex station opens in Bacolod

CALTEX (Philippines) Inc. opened its 14th station last Saturday at Lacson-North Drive streets, Bacolod City.

"It's the best place for us to put our money. We'd like to count ourselves as part of the growth of the city," district manager for Visayas Roy Jimenez said.

"The opening of our newest Caltex station proves our commitment to remain competitive in the market as we continue to expand our operations to serve millions of motorists nationwide," he said.

Victor Go, franchise owner, told reporters that they owe their customers a lot.
"We want to share our blessings. We are operating 24 hours and we'd like to please our customers," Go said.

Jimenez said Go's Caltex station has a strategic location, being found on the main road.

"Motorists can stop by at our station to refuel or buy products at our StarMart convenience stores and be assured that they will be attended to by our friendly and efficient staff on a 24/7 operations," Jimenez said.

Simultaneous with the grand opening of the station last Friday, the Caltex Appreciation Program was launched.

The program aims to create a chance for Caltex employees or Caltex retailers, or both, to extend goodwill and gratitude to its customers.

Participants were assigned as forecourt attendants and interacted with the customers.

"This kind of an internal program only shows that Caltex always finds ways to be of better service to our customers and understand their needs. We believe that we should continuously strive harder to achieve total customer satisfaction and excel in our over-all performance," Jimenez said.(RLB)
