In an interview, Leonardia urged all Bacolodnons to pray for Pacquiao.
"We should give our full support to him. He brought honor to our nation. I know that Filipinos in America will give their full support to Pacquiao," said Leonardia.
He also reminded the public that Pacquiao is an adopted son of Bacolod, which
was conferred during the Charter Anniversary of the City last October 19.
"I want him to win. I know that Pacquiao is now considered as a phenomenon in the field of boxing," he said.
Aside from boxing, though, Pacquiao is also into singing, playing basketball, billiards, among others, said Leonardia.
Leonardia said he will stay in the US for 10 days.
