The latest improvement in the resort was the renovation of the Ishiwata Bath House, wherein the Province allotted P1.8 million for its additional toilets and jacuzzi pools.
Governor Marañon, Vice Governor Isidro Zayco and members of the Provincial Board attended the blessing and inauguration of the bath house.
Aside from the bath house, Mambukal also offers an infinity pool, newly-constructed cottages, sulfur spring, picnic huts, a dipping pool, boating lagoon, bat sanctuary, orchids plantation, a butterfly farm, a rock climbing wall, canopy walk and a slide for life.
The resort also serves as a gateway to Mt. Kanlaon.
Meanwhile, one of Marañon's standing instructions for the resort staff is to maintain cleanliness in all the comfort rooms and surroundings of Mambukal.
He also appealed to all the visitors to observe cleanliness while in the Mambukal premises.
