Lovers held-up in Alijis

A MAN and his girlfriend who were dating at a waiting shed of a subdivision in Barangay Alijis, Bacolod were held-up by three unidentified men armed with .38 caliber pistol Saturday night.

Police said Roger Paniega and his girlfriend were at the waiting shed of Aqua Marine Subdivision, Barangay Alijis at around 11 p.m. when three persons, on board a red Kawasaki motorcycle, stopped in front of them and declared the heist.

Paniega told probers at Police Precinct 7 that they had initially thought of running away but one of the suspects poked the gun on his head.

The suspects took away their wallets and cellular phones and fled. The case is still being investigated.
