Man nabbed for possession of marijuana By Nicolas C. Delfin
A 24-YEAR-OLD man was nabbed after having the actual possession of 80 sticks of dried marijuana in police checkpoint operation along Rizal Street in Isabela town Wednesday.
Police identified the suspect as Leonymar Paller of Roxas street, Barangay Robles, La Castellana.
POI Edwin Padilla however, revealed that Paller was only caught only for not wearing a helmet while riding on a single motorcycle.
When brought to Isabela Police station for investigation, however, he reportedly became restless.
When checked, investigators found out in his jacket's pocket that he has 80 sticks of dried marijuana leaves.
Paller is now detained at the lock up cell of Isabela Police station while charges for violation RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 is being readied against him.
