Too much love of chocolate is dangerous By Roberto L. Bacasong
TOO much love of chocolates could be dangerous.
And, it happens to the three children who were craving to eat chocolates but don't have money so they decided to steal in a department store along San Sebastian street in Bacolod Wednesday but unfortunately they were arrested.
The suspects included a 14-year-old boy and two girls aged 12 and 13 whose names and addresses are being withheld by Sun.Star.
PO2 Adan Labrador, desk officer at the Police Precinct 1 along San Juan street in Bacolod said the suspects were first seen hanging around at the Grocery Section of Lopue's San Sebastian.
Later they were caught by a certain Rene Geronimo, an employee of the store stealing assorted chocolates.
Geronimo then informed and asked the store guard to bring the children to the police.
When computed at the police station, Labrador said the stolen chocolates amounted to a total of P30.45.
But since they are all minors, police immediately released them but were told not to repeat their acts again.
