THE Bacolod City Prosecutor's Office Tuesday ordered the filing of a reckless imprudence case against Provincial Board Member Lorenzo Suatengco and 17-year-old Marvin Ortiz before the Regional Trial Courts.

City Prosecutor Armando Abanado agreed with the findings of investigating prosecutor over the existence of probable cause against the two who figured in an accident, which led to the death of schoolteacher Augusto De Leon last July 21.
