Masskara Queen candidate no.4 By Danny B. Dangcalan
SHE is only a high school student but she is already seriously contemplating the essence of life.
Such is Sheen Liberty Cuenza, our MassKara Queen 2006 Candidate Number 4.
Sheen Liberty, 16, is a senior student of the Negros Occidental High School.
She is the daughter of Salvador (deceased) and Leila Cuenza of Green Plains Subdivision in Bacolod City.
"Tin-tin" to friends, she is fond of texting, surfing the Net and swimming.
She dreams of becoming a respected TV broadcaster and wishes to travel in space as an astronaut.
She is a Harry Potter fanatic -- she read the books, watched the movies, adores its movie stars Daniel Radcliffe and Emma Watson and thinks author JK Rowling is a genius.
Occasionally, she indulges in her favorite desserts like mango float, cake, ice cream and chocolates.
She idolizes MYMP, Pussy Cat Dolls, Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, Mandy Moore and The Corrs.
She believes that success in life is a process of selection and elimination, a choice between what is worthwhile and worthless.
She is constantly rediscovering herself every day, and in doing so, leads her closer to her dreams in life.

The Masskara logo incorporates the elements of an eye and a mouth -- the basic components of a mask. The upper has protrusions that might symbolize eyelashes, or a group of people... they "ride" on the lower arch, which curves protectively over the upper arch, forming a primitive smiling mask. When the rays are taken as people, the lower arch can even signify a boat, which tells us that we in Bacolod are all in one boat and are surviving together. -- Peque Gallaga
