Candice Iyog, CEB marketing director, said that these sale events are all part of the airline's plans to stimulate travel both domestically and regionally.
"We're always looking for opportunities to treat and perhaps, surprise travelers with our sale events. Now that we are operating an all Airbus fleet, we continue to offer the lowest fares in all the destinations we fly to. We encourage more people to travel in the country's newest planes regardless of the season, resulting to a healthier and more vibrant tourism industry," Iyog added.
The fares offered for the Halloween seat sale are for immediate payment upon booking.
After the promo the lowest regular GO fare to any Luzon and Visayas destination starts at P568 ; P868 to any Mindanao destination; P2499 for Cebu-Singapore and P2999 for Davao-Singapore.
The promo and regular "GO" fares are exclusive of surcharges and government tax.
CEB has the youngest fleet in the Philippines and one of the youngest in Asia as it operates 12 brand new Airbus aircraft with an all-leather seat interior. The airline awaits the delivery of 2 more Airbus planes until February 2007 to complete its two year re-fleeting program.
Now in its 11th year, the airline pioneered low fares in the country and introduced travelers to on-time service, e-ticketing, and on-line booking, setting the standards for airline innovation in the local aviation industry. (Press release)
