Dismissed exec to mayor: You're ruining my children's future

GENERAL Services Office (GSO) officer-in-charge Jose Solilapsi is ready to appeal after Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia dismissed him from government service for alleged dishonesty and grave misconduct.

In a telephone interview Friday, Solilapsi said his counsel, John Saril, is now drafting the appeal, which will be submitted first to the Office of Mayor Leonardia and later to the Civil Services Commission (CSC) if denied.
