The Cooperative is still having a normal operation and has never been affected by any change over its top management officials.
Ceneco's Project Supervisor Eddie Adlao said the coop is on top of the situation and that the scenario is certainly manageable.
"It's business as usual for Ceneco," Adlao said.
The cooperative is composed of dedicated and hardworking employees and are committed to serve the valued member consumers in Bacolod, Talisay, Silay and Bago cities and the municipalities of Murcia and Salvador Benedicto. Ceneco as an institution remains united, steadfast and stable, he added.
Ceneco is committed that whatever issues involved in the present situation, it will not hamper its delivery of service, instead the coop is determined to foster its fundamental aim of providing quality, dependable and reliable electric power service to the member-consumers in the most efficient, honest and prompt manner.
Meanwhile, Ceneco is continuously reminding its member-consumers to pay their electric bills promptly. The coop is persistent in imposing its "1 month Overdue Bill Automatic Disconnection" policy. Through this policy, the Coop is requesting the member-consumers to settle their accounts on time to avoid disconnection. The Coop regrets to effect the disconnection if no payment is made within two days after receipt of the "Notice of Disconnection."
