Randell Santos Arias of CSA-B shared with Jepron Pedrano Viajedor of Southwestern University in Cebu City the first place rank with an average of 86.40 percent.
While Agnes Flor Delgado Andrade of the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos landed in the fourth place with an average of 85.60 percent.
Other topnotchers include:
* Jan Charmaine Teodosio Palomar of the Adventist University of the Philippines in Cavite, (2nd placer) - 85.90 percent average.
* Cherry Liberty Valiente Reyes of University of Sto. Tomas, (3rd placer) - 85.70 percent
* Daphynie Guzman Teorima of University of San Agustin in Iloilo City, (5th placer)-85.50 percent
* Joebert Bueno Olinares of University of Sto. Tomas, (6th placer)-85.40 percent
* Roderick Dasco Balce of Centro Escolar University, Manila, (7th placer)-84.80 percent
* Alvi Kuusela Tia Bernadas of Notre Dame of Marbel University in Koronadal City, (8th placer)-84.70 percent
* Emeli Marie Christy Galindo Ramirez of University of San Agustin Iloilo , (9th placer)-84.60 percent
* Suzette Antiporta Tucay of Universidad de Zamboanga, (10th placer)-84.50.
Meanwhile, of the 1,132 examinees last year, only 612 passed.
