Shad Guanzon scored 23 points. Emil Guanzon added 12, Ronald Gustilo hit 11 and Nap Ledesma and Lito Sion chipped in 10 apiece as BAPRO remained at second place with 3-1 record.

BUS Group B got 15 from Arturo Tomaro and 10 from Eusebio Antones. All scored but came up short despite the presence of Victor Go who played center for the beleaguered B squad.

BUS "A" repeated over PRAC as Nene Lapore and Jerry Bayles led the Huskies with 11 and 10 points respectively. Rolando Herdon topscored for Eroreco with 16 while Jack Palermo added 14 as PRAC remained at third with 2-2 slate.

The number 1 & 2 teams after the eliminations will have a twice to beat advantage in the semi final.

Tournament system is a three 7-minute passerelle quarter game in the first half. Final half is a standard two 10-minute per quarter for participants required to have a minimum of 8 and maximum of 15 players per game.
