JACK Pamine, chief convenor and spokesperson of Health Watch revealed Monday the existence of an alleged “syndicate” manipulating the operations at the Corazon L. Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital (CLMMRH).
Dr. Dominggo Vega, the chief of hospital, was part of the syndicate, Pamine added.
