ACTING Negros Occidental Governor Isidro Zayco received visitors on Friday who did not bring a problem or an investment but a miracle vegetable "malunggay."
Zayco's visitor was father and son, Pangasinan Congressman Mark Cojuangco and Ambassador Eduardo "Danding" Cojuangco who brought along one of the world's most useful plants, "moringa oleifera lamk," the scientific name for "malunggay."
