Prime movers of Retain Old Airport Movement, Modesto Sa-onoy and Primo Esleyer, present a t-shirt to Mayor Evelio Leonardia that will serve as medium of their call for the public to join their cause in demanding for the retention of the old airport in Singcang even if the one in Silay opens soon. HISTORY repeats itself for Bacolod-Negros (Ba-Neg) softbelles who are bound for the US to compete in the Little League World Series.

For the third time now, the group composed of 10 softbelles and coaching staff from various schools in Bacolod, is again in a “shameful” scenario for having no ample money to pay for their fares to the US.
