Flores was discovered inside their house hanging in a pink blanket at about six feet and 10-inches from the floor, police records showed.

Police initial investigation showed that jealousy was the main reason why the victim committed suicide.

Meanwhile Police Station 2 Chief Rei Gumban said when the parents discovered the dead body of the victim hanging inside their house, they immediately called at the Police Station 2 to report the incident.

“According to the mother of Flores that at one point, she also attempted to commit suicide last time by taking an overdose of medicine, however she was stopped by her parents who saw her before she consumed all the stuff,” Gumban said.

“Prior to this incident, her parents said jealousy was also the main reason why she attempted to commit suicide but that they were able to stop her,” Gumban added.

Gumban also said according to Flores’ parents that the victim and her live-in partner always threatened to part ways but two days ago Rammy Vargas, 27, prior to the suicidal incident came to their house.

Gumban ruled out foul play or any other motive behind the incident.

The station chief also pointed out that there was no proof to show that the victim was mauled or beaten up because no bruises were found in her body.
