CHURCH and police officials condemned the killing of a military intelligence officer and a former Citizen Armed Forces Geographical Unit (Cafgu) member in Moises Padilla town and Sipalay City, respectively Tuesday.

Negros Occidental Provincial Police Director Rosendo Franco described the twin killings as ‘hit and run’ guerilla tactic.
