AN INTELLIGENCE officer of Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (Noppo) is now in "hot water" for alleged sex scandal inside their barracks at Camp Alfredo Montelibano, Sr. in Camingan, Bacolod.
This policeman who holds the rank of Police Officer 2 is known to be the former aide camp of former Noppo director who now holds one of the highest position in Camp Crame.
In a photo furnished to Sun.Star-Bacolod Wednesday and in a video shown at RMN-dyHB Radyo Agong, the cop can be seen with his lady partner in “explicit” sexual acts inside the cop's barracks.
Copies of the said photo and video are now in the position of the lady's kin.
Charges of abuse and concubinage for sexually blemishing their vows of marriage are now being readied to be filed against the two.
The lady is married to a seaman while the cop has his own family, too.
The families of both subjects, however, requested Sun.Star not to name them yet in this report.
But it said this policeman and his paramour have been doing “sex trip” inside the cop's barracks for quite so long.
Every time they do it, they themselves agreed to install video camera to capture their every sexual position.
And believe it or not, after sex, the lady would call the cop's wife and inform her husband's "inability" to perform well in bed.
This prompted the cop's wife to lodge complaint at the Women's Desk of the Bacolod City Police Office and until such indecent act was uncovered.
The cop's wife said she will be filing cases of concubinage and abuse against her husband.
While the lady's husband is also reportedly coming from abroad just to file charges of adultery against his wife.
Sun.Star tried but failed to get comment from Noppo Director Rosendo Franco as of Wednesday night.
