ASIDE from questionable use of Pagcor funds, missing equipment and bogus projects in Bacolod City, the Commission on Audit spotted another questionable entry in the Accounting records of the City Government.

This time, it’s the P18.2 million unsettled cash advances of some City officials and employees, including under and over collections, cashier’s shortages, and claims for dishonored checks.
