Adobo fest slated in Silay

BALAY Negrense Museum in Silay City is hosting the 1st Adobo Festival on Nov. 9 - 11 this year.

"This year, we thought of sharing the Adobo Festival with the rest of the country. Several activities have been planned such as the Maghirupay Kita benefit dinner, cooking contests for students and enthusiasts, food and craft stalls, cooking demo by chefs, etc," the event organizers said.
