Radio station properties up for sale Nov. 29
A RADIO station in San Carlos City in northern Negros is selling some of its properties, mostly communication equipment, on November 29.
The sale will be done through public auction to be conducted by acting sheriff Romeo Pasustento of the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Regional Arbitration Branch 6, by virtue of the writ of execution issued by Labor Arbiter Danilo Acosta to dyRS.

Among these equipment and other properties to be sold are one unit karaoke (Sharp), one unit cassette mini-component (Sony), one unit CD player (Ahoo), one unit mixer organization with accessories, one unit ceiling fan, two units electric fan, one unit transformer assembled, one unit 1000w radio transmitter (Rico), one unit karaoke (Sharp-AB), one unit cassette recorder (Artech), two units headphones and one microphone, four units tables, six units plastic chairs, and one unit single side band antenna with accessories.
Proceeds of the sale will be paid to Ricardo "Rics" Caizares, Rosalinda Pataytay, and Edwin Abellanosa.
The three were former employees of the radio station who sued owner Douglas Ragde for illegal dismissal three years ago.
After thorough evaluation of the NLRC, it was found out that Ragde committed a violation of labor laws in dismissing the three.
The NLRC ordered Ragde to pay the complainants P380,000 representingtheir unpaid salaries and other benefits. (EASD)
